Return & Exchange policy

We at Exotic Hair do accept All national returns and exchanges if the package is returned in the same condition as it was sent.
We do not accept any returns and exchanges for international orders.

Whats the return & exchange period?

We accept returns for the hair as long as they remain in the same condition they were sent to you, within 14 days of the date that you received the package.

If the hair has been used or modified in any form it will be shipped back to you with no refund.

 

How do i process my return?

If you want to return an item please sent an email to : official.exotichair@gmail.com

Please note:

  1. We will not accept hair that has been modified or altered in any type of form ( brushed, combed, picked, washed or cut).
  2. Exotic Hair is not liable for any damage that occur in transit while returning the package.
  3. The cost of shipping is borne by the customers

Advice:

We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because Exotic Hair is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
